Utility framework contracts and major construction schemes such as Heads of the Valleys A465 in Wales and the Stansted A120 Dunmow bypass.

Marie heads up the accounts department with 23 Years of experience in Finance & General Management. Streetworks Qualification Card and Lantra Manager/Client Officer in Traffic Management.

13 years’ Traffic Management experience on both Streetworks and Highspeed across the UK. Excellent knowledge of Greater London and worked on numerous Mass participation Events and Large TM contracts in the London area. Supervisor of National Grid Reactive Contract for the south of England Region, Traffic Manager and Consultant to Ride London.

Reece has many years of Traffic Management Experience and following a role as the assistant Operations Manager, Reece was promoted to Operations Manager.

Pete has worked within traffic safety for over 15 years. Developing his key skills and understanding into a SHEQ Management role. With his 5 most recent years’ working for Shift he has led the operational delivery team toward various qualifications while underpinning the message of safety across the business. Pete is part of a local darts team that goes by the name of ‘Projectile Dysfunction’

Neil has worked throughout the industry with 13 years of Traffic Management experience in Streetworks and highspeed. With the majority of Neils time taken up providing a smooth transition from job to job and managing stock levels, Its a wonder how he gets any time for a beer down at the Queens Head.

Mike has a history of working on the road until being offered a progressive step into management. With a team of eight CAD operators, his 7 years experience gave a wealth of knowledge to the wider drawings team. Mike has led the team to an impressive 97% success rate across the last 12 months, completing over 8500 drawings collectively. Mike also enjoys putting his points across in management meetings.

Ian graduated from the University of Traffic Management. Boasting 9 years’ experience with various TM related qualifications. He continues to manage a multitude of client relationships ensuring smooth transitions between enquiry to order placement. Ian splits his spare time between his future Wife and Newcastle United and he even likes to tell people he goes to the gym.

With a history of working for the National Health Service involved in care and medication administration, Lynne has always been devoted to her work and family. Lynne now works within the operations team managing the ever-growing fleet and workforce across the country. In her spare time, she likes to enter singing competitions giving the pipes a good go!

Kyle has been with the company for several years managing looking after key relationships to provide continuity for Shift. Prior to this, he worked out on the road which gives him a key practical knowledge to the comprehensive side of the business. When he isn't keeping the clients happy, Kyle likes to socialise and hit a few golf balls down the range.

Keelan holds over 10 years of traffic management experience. Working all aspects from low to high-speed works. Keelan progressed into an office-based role after demonstrating key skills which would benefit the incumbent projects and planning team. As well as this, with a vast experience in Symology he is integral to the department. Not only does he have a mullet, but he is ‘Boss of jobs’

Kelly has worked in traffic management for over 6 years now, with work focused on the management planning and co-ordination she works with various customer planning long-term projects. Not only is Kelly well versed in traffic management, but she also has an IOSH qualification and a good understanding of Business Management. When she isn’t dedicating her time to permits, she likes to spend her time watching live bands.

Amber, the office companion helps boost morale and reduce office stress. She increases activity levels with her regular walks and keeps a smile on everyone face. She's the most senior pet in the business.
